Hi, I’m Ksenia. I help gifted individuals with life + work.
My clients often
feel like they’re wired differently
deal with the pressure of high expectations from others…and themselves
find their work and routines a bit meh
feel misunderstood and
struggle with self-doubt.
Together, we work on solving problems and moving forward. Including work, taking care of aging parents, raising and launching kids, relationship challenges, health concerns, navigating midlife changes, and pursuing creative projects.
But no matter what we focus on, it boils down to this: getting to know your genuine self and taking action on that. That’s the key to enjoying being you.
How did I get here?
The cure for boredom is curiosity. There is no cure for curiosity. —Ellen Parr
Ever since I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by what makes people tick. I even wrote and illustrated a motivational book for my little brother when I was twelve years old.
A love of nature led me to study ecology at McGill University. That opened the door to my adventures as a field botanist. Exploring remote wilderness areas, discovering new-to-science tiny plants, and documenting the patterns of ecosystems.
My fascination with human development has profoundly influenced my personal life. I’ve gone down unconventional paths, including alternative parenting and homeschooling. I’ve also experienced the complexities of marriage, divorce, dating, remarriage, and blended families.
Long before mastering the art of coaching, I was immersing myself in books on personal growth, peer coaching in support communities, and delving into the science of human potential. Finally, I pursued a rigorous six-month certification as a life coach through The Life Coach School. In addition to my private practice, I’m part of an industry-leading elite coaching team.
But here’s the thing: the hundreds of people I’ve coached don’t really care about my credentials.
They care about:
solving the real problem
seeing actual changes in their lives.
It’s your time.
Coaching with me is all about…
Feeling seen, understood, and known—a precious and rare experience.
Figuring out what the real problem is (it’s not always what you think)
Tapping into your brilliance to find one (or many) solutions.
Becoming who you want to be in everything that matters.
Session scheduling that fits your situation. Because, hey, you’ve got a life.
Now it’s your turn. The next step is a free consultation—a chance to:
Get specific about what’s going on
Learn how I’ll customize my approach to tackle your unique challenges and goals
Figure out if we’re a good match for this impactful collaboration.
I’ll guide you through my inquiry process to clarify what’s going on with your specific circumstances.
With that insight, we’ll talk about what challenges and aspirations you want to focus on.
I’ll explain how my coaching process would apply to those.
We’ll talk about whether we’re a good match for working together and I’ll answer any questions you have.
If we decide to work together, you’ll get an invoice by email. The current usual cost for twelve weeks of coaching with me is $1200. Once you’ve paid by credit card, we’re ready to go.
Typically, I work with clients for 12 weeks at a time. We’ll meet weekly for 50-minute sessions on Zoom. Your dedicated time slot will be reserved, but no worries—we can always adjust if you have scheduling conflicts or vacation plans.
Your life might be complicated, and everything is connected. During our sessions, we can tackle one specific challenge or work on how different areas of your life fit together. You choose the focus, I guide the process.
Our time together is your chance to speak your mind freely. No need to walk on eggshells or choose your words carefully. Carving out space that’s just for you can be a game-changer.
My coaching style is direct, yet compassionate. I’m passionate about helping you see who you are, then do it on purpose.
Ksenia has a laser-sharp focus and acute understanding of the human mind. She is insightful and empathic without being sentimental or slipping into empty “cheerleading mode,” which is seldom useful. I appreciated her ability to challenge the dysfunctional thoughts I might have, while still making me feel heard. I was often surprised by the insights that emerged from the sessions, and how much better I felt afterwards. In particular, she helped me see an inner motivation behind my work that was stronger (and more noble) than I ever realized. This insight not only enhanced my project, but also helped change my self-concept. The inquiry techniques she used made it impossible for me not to see myself in this more positive way. Thank you! —Samantha, 51 (name changed for privacy)
